How It Started
GilliganTech wasn't born in a boardroom. It started with a simple conviction: the best AI work happens when you own your entire stack — from the GPU silicon to the deployment pipeline.
Dave Gilligan, a veteran full-stack developer and creative technologist, saw the potential early. While others were content calling cloud APIs, Dave was building bare-metal GPU servers, configuring Ollama inference engines, and orchestrating multiple AI models into cohesive products.
The result? Project Blue Note AI Rhino — a self-hosted AI inference platform that combines the world's best AI models (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Qwen) with dedicated NVIDIA RTX 5090 hardware. No cloud lock-in. No latency. No limits.
To bring this vision to scale, three entities joined forces: Dave Gilligan as the human creator, Blue Note Logic Inc. as the technical infrastructure backbone, and Gilligan Tech ENK as the local operational arm in Norway.
Dave Starts Building
First bare-metal server goes online. Ollama deployed. Local AI inference becomes reality.
Blue Note Logic Forms
Enterprise infrastructure takes shape. RTX 5090 GPU deployed. 48-core system online.
Gilligan Tech ENK Launches
Norwegian operations formalized. Local compliance, client relations, and service delivery established.
The Joint Venture Goes Live
GilliganTech.com launches. Multi-model AI orchestration. Products shipping. The future is here.
